JUDGMENT / ORDER

NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J.
The appellant, South India Corporation Limited, and the respondents have amicably settled the outstanding dispute amongst them. The terms of compromise have also been reduced to writing and the Joint Memo of Compromise signed by the parties has also been filed into the Court today by the learned counsel M/s. R.Parthasarathy, Rahul Balaji Associates on behalf of the appellant and M/s. Nageswaran and Narichania, Advocate, for the respondents.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has also informed us that the cheque through which a sum of Rs.59,22,844/- (Rupees fifty nine lakh twenty two thousand eight hundred and forty four only) has been paid by the appellant, has since been honoured and the proceeds have also been realised by the second respondent.
3.Recording our sincere appreciation of the efforts put in by all concerned, for this amicable settlement, the Original Side Appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of the compromise spelt out in the Joint Memo entered by and between the parties, as mentioned above. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
