By order dated 21.6.2018 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.16458 of 2018 filed by the applicant, a direction was issued to S.S.P., Bulandshahar to supervise investigation of Case Crime No.520 of 2018 and ensure its speedy conclusion.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that the order of the Writ Court was submitted before the opposite party on 4.7.2018, but still the investigation has not been completed.
In the absence of any specified time frame in the order of this Court, at this stage it cannot be said that there is contempt of the order of the Writ Court, therefore, the Court declines to initiate contempt proceedings at the present moment.
The contempt application stands consigned to record.
