Sri Rajat Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. He states that earlier counsel is no more. He further contends that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that 12 marks have been increased in subject Mathematics after re-evaluation and marks sheet has been issued by the Board.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in compliance to this Court's order dated 17.03.2021 a personal affidavit of Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education has been filed on 08.07.2021 wherein it has been stated that action has been taken against the Examiner and a cost of Rs.20,000/- has been imposed upon him and further he has been debarred for five years by the Board.
In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and is consigned to records.
Office is directed to trace the affidavit filed on 08.07.2021 and place it on record.
