Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
Petitioner is aggrieved because it is alleged that a lease granted in his favour in the year 2003, which was challenged and was affirmed. Despite, affirmation of the leases, the name of the petitioners were not incorporated in the revenue records.
It appears that numerous applications in this regard has been filed before the various authorities, who have passed various orders thereon. These orders, in my considered opinion are absolutely without jurisdiction.
Under the circumstances, petitioners, in case so advised, may approach the competent forum seeking mutation in their favour.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands, disposed of.
