Heard Sri Manish Dev, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding to respondents to stay the delivery of possession of petitioner's chak No. 533 till the adjudication of Revision No. 450/2019530960000139 filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has filed an application for interim relief before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Saharanpur on which the report was called from the Assistant Consolidation Officer but no interim relief has been passed.
Under these circumstances, the petitioner shall approach the concerned Deputy Director of Consolidation for pressing the application for interim relief.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
