The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the boundary of his bhumidhari comprising Plot Nos.89, 125, 129, 127, 168, 128 and 131 situated in village Lalpur, Tehsil Kerakat, District Jaunpur is not clear and, therefore, there are always scuffles taking place between him and his neighbours. In effect, the petitioner wants the demarcation of his Plot Nos.89, 125, 129, 127, 168, 128 and 131.
In this regard the petitioner may move an application under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which shall be filed as per the provisions of Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In case, the same is filed within a period of one month from today, the same shall be decided within the next two months, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
