Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution the petitioner has sought direction for inclusion of her name in family register of the Gram Panchayat concerned and pleads that in spite of the report being given by Revenue Authorities in her favour, no order has been passed.
In view of the above the competent authority, namely the respondent no. 3 is directed to take final decision in the matter on application of the petitioner as per the relevant rules within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
