JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Tyagi,J.
The owner has also filed an appeal, copy of which is to be served to Sri Pawan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant but it is not served yet hence, issue notice.
Steps be taken by the owner and we did not stay the execution which has been taken against the owner for default of advocate for not giving copy to Sri Pawan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.
Paper-book be prepared by the counsel of the owner.
Steps be taken in connected FAFO No. 2755 of 2016 within one week from today.
List the matter in the month of March, 2022.
