This application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad may be directed to do the needful regarding recovery of the maintenance amount due on opposite party no.2 in compliance of the order dated 3.9.2015 passed in Maintenance Case No. 292 of 2014, Smt. Smriti Pandey versus Arvind Pandey, under Section 125 Cr.P.C.P.S. George Town, District Allahabad.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
It has been made to appear by the counsel for the applicant that there was some order dated 3.9.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad but in compliance with the same no money has been received by the applicant so far and she being the deserted woman is feeling vagrancy and destitution. It has been submitted that the appropriate directions be made.
In the absence of complete record of the case this Court is not in a position to know what is the exact status of the proceeding and what are the reasons of the non-implementation of the order. Suffice it to observe that the court below is required to look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed off.
