In the light of Annexure A order dated 29.05.2014 in Transfer Petition (C) No.601/2013, this petition is only to be allowed. This petition is allowed. O.P.No.1131/2013 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam for trial and disposal.
