This Court, by an interim order dated 11.11.2016 in W.M.P.No.33804 of 2016 in W.P.No.39520 of 2016, directed the respondents to pay the salary prospectively to the petitioner, who has been appointed in the third respondent school, subject to the result of the main writ petition. R.SUBBIAH, J., ssv
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the interim order dated 11.11.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the interim order dated 11.11.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent vide e/f/vz;/5939/m4/2017, dated 31.08.2017.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
