JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to number I.A.S.R.No.2857 of 2006 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri and dispose of the same.
2. As the interlocutory application itself is filed under Order XXXIX Rule 2(A) of C.P.C to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the orders of the Court, the only grievance of the petitioner is that I.A. has not yet been numbered. The learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri is directed to number the I.A.S.R.No.2857 of 2016 and dispose of the same on or before 31.03.2017 after giving opportunity to both the parties.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
