Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Additional Commissioner Agra Division Agra to decide the revision no.404 of 2015 under Section 219 U.P. Land Revenue Act filed by the respondent no.3 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts of the case."
It is stated that a revision filed by the respondents against mutation order passed in favour of the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2015.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Additional Commissioner Agra Division Agra to endeavour to decide the revision of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
