Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 7.2.2018 directed the Consolidation Officer to decide the matter expeditiously preferably within three months.
Learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show from the order-sheet wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order on the part of the opposite party.
In view thereof, contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to make an expedite application before the appropriate forum.
