JUDGMENT / ORDER

The 3rd respondent (one of the alleged contemners) is present as directed in the previous order. The learned counsel for the contemners submitted that they are filing fresh affidavit tendering unconditional apology. A copy of the said affidavit is made available to me for perusal. Recording the submission and taking note of the contents of the affidavit, the contempt case is closed making it clear that recurrence of such incidents will not be overlooked without consequences following.
