Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1976 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. V, Coimbatore. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. V, Coimbatore seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1976 of 2016 in Crime No.236 of 2017. In the event of filing any such application, the learned Judicial Magistrate No. V, Coimbatore, shall endeavour to dispose of the same on the same day.
