ORDER This writ petition was filed on 12.05.2017. It was listed on 05.03.2019 for preliminary hearing. Though the writ petition was called out twice, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give an opportunity, matter has been listed today. Once again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
