Learned advocate has submitted that the revision application filed on 15/12/2010 has yet not been decided. Learned AGP submits that the same would be decided as expeditiously as possible, however, Court may not give specific time limit as there could be pendency of such cases before the revisional authority.
This Court is of the considered view that the Revision Application No. 142/Ch/R/43 dated 15/12/2010 be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of this order.
Petitioner's advocate therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition in view of above direction. Permission as sought for is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. Direct service permitted.
