M.R. Bhatt, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, informs that in these matters vires of the provisions of Section 245D of the Income Tax Act, 1961, has been challenged. Therefore, list these matters before a Bench hearing the matters where vires has been challenged, after obtaining permission from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
