Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will file appropriate application before the National Green Tribunal for redressal of his grievance as he alleged pollution being caused by Brick-kiln owner .
Since Petitioner has an efficacious remedy of approaching the Tribunal, we are not inclinwed to interfere in the matter.
Accordingly writ petition is dismissed in limine.
