Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ramakant Dubey, learned State Law Officer.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to the respondent to correct the revenue record in the name of the petitioner in respect of plot in question.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners move fresh application ventilating their grievances before the respondent within three weeks, this Court hope and trust that the same would be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned.
