1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was working as Secretary of Cooperative Society and retired on 31.01.2010. Although he was paid certain dues with delay, he was not paid interest thereon and certain dues remained unpaid also. He has already moved a representation to the Additional Commissioner/Additional Registrar (Cooperative), U.P. and also to the Commissioner/Registrar (Cooperative), but his grievance has remained unredressed.
3. Learned counsel for respondents No. 5 and 6 has informed this Court that claim of the petitioner has to be decided by Respondent No. 5, the Joint Commissioner/Joint Registrar (Cooperative), Allahabad Region, Allahabad.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that copies of the representations have also been given to the Respondent No. 5. However, no action has been taken in the matter.
5. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to look into the grievance of petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon as expeditiously as possible say within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. In case certain dues are found admissible to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within the aforesaid period.
