Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"(i) Issue an appropriate order or direction against the respondent no.2 herein i.e. Tehsildar/ Assistant Collector First Class, Bhadohi to decide Recall application dated 27.12.2014/29.12.2014 as has been presented and filed by the petitioner herein (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition) against order dated 21.04.2014, passed by the respondent no.2 herein in Case No.619/2014 Report Lekhpal Vs. Shyam Lakhan and others, in respect to Village- Pipari, Tehsil-Bhadohi, U/s 122B of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act 1950, in as much as till date the said recall application as moved by the petitioner herein has not been disposed of either way inspite of taking cognizance of said application."
It is stated that a restoration application was filed by the petitioner for recalling of an order passed in favour of contesting respondent on 27.12.2014 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar/ Assistant Collector First Class, Bhadohi to endeavour to decide the recall application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
