Heard Sri Satyawan Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Tariq Maqbool Khan, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Shri Satyawan Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner in his usual fairness concedes that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an appeal against the order of cancellation of his fair price shop license.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy with leave to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid remedy.
