The grievance of the petitioner is that 11000 KVA electric line is passing over his plot of land Khasra No.364 situate at Raya Mathura Road near Sayyed Lohwan, Mathura and the house of the petitioner. The petitioner wants that the aforesaid electricity line be shifted to some alternative place.
The petitioner for the purpose may approach the District Magistrate, concerned, under Rule 3 of The Works of Licensees Rules-2006.
In view of the above provision, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Mathura, by means of the representation within a period of two weeks from today. In the event any such representation is filed, the District Magistrate will get the facts verify and take appropriate action in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of.
