Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.K. Upadhyay, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents.
State counsel submits that pursuant to order passed by the Magistrate, the matter is being investigated again and two months time be given to the State to complete the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if any such direction is issued to the State authorities. He, however, submits that State be directed to complete the investigation within two months positively so that the petitioner may not suffer any injury.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of granting two months time from today to the State authorities to complete the investigation.
Needless to State that the investigation is to be carried out fairly, impartially and strictly in accordance with law.
The party shall file a computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner (s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
