Learned counsel representing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner as raised in this petition, shall be duly examined and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
