Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide the case no. 69 of 2016 (Shwetha Awasthi Vs. Niranjan Awasthi) under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Kakadev, District Kanpur Nagar within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the Case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide the case no. 69 of 2016 (Shwetha Awasthi Vs. Niranjan Awasthi) under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Kakadev, District Kanpur Nagar in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible within a period of 1 year from the date of production of certified copy of this order if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application is disposed of.
