JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel on either side have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 22.12.2016, duly signed by the parties as well as their counsel, in which it is stated that the petitioner shall remove all her goods at her own cost on or before 17.01.2017, without any inconvenience to the fourth respondent or other neighbour in the premises in question. Further, it is stated in the memo that the respondents 2 and 3 have tendered to the petitioner a sum of Rs.75,000/-, the receipt of which the petitioner had accepted and acknowledged.
2. In view of the above joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties, as agreed upon, the goods shall be permitted to be taken away by the petitioner on or before 17.01.2017.
3. The joint memo of compromise is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is therefore, disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise.
