Heard Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Patanjali Mishra, learned AGA for State-respondents.
A counter affidavit dated 1.6.2021 of Sri Gyan Prakash Pandey, Sub Inspector of Police, P.S. Gajner, District Kanpur Dehat has been filed on behalf of State-respondents, which is taken on record.
In paragraph 3 of the aforesaid counter affidavit, it has been stated that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 161 and 164 Cr. P.C. and after due investigation, Final Report No. 14 of 2021 dated 19.5.2021 has been submitted before the competent court.
In view of aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore it is dismissed as infructuous.
