The matters were kept for orders after bi-parte hearing today. However, Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned AGP states, on instructions, that the conditions which are imposed by the District Collector while passing the order are to be fulfilled by the applicant.
Mr.
Y.M. Thakkar, learned advocate for the applicant states that he shall file appropriate note for placing these applications before the same Hon'ble Court as the present applications are filed on the basis of the order dated 29.9.2010 passed in Civil Application No. 11373 of 2010 and allied matters for further clarification and/or compliance.
