JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 35
Case :- SPECIAL APPEAL DEFECTIVE No. - 863 of 2018 Appellant :- Shrikant Ram Respondent :- Union Of India And 2 Others Counsel for Appellant :- Ganesh Pandey,Rajesh Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,A.S.G.I.
Hon'ble Bharati Sapru,J.
Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J.
Heard Shri Ganesh Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Rajesh Kumar Vidyarthi appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has argued that the appellant has not been able to make out any reason to explain why the delay has been caused in filing the appeal as well as the writ petition and it is on this ground that the writ petition was also dismissed.
The view taken by the learned Single Judge appears to be justified.
We are not inclined to interfere in this matter at all.
The special appeal is dismissed.
