Shri Patel for the respondents submits that the statement which came to be recorded in the order dated 4/4/2008 was made inadvertently, though the workmen were not paid wages strictly in accordance with provision of section 17-B of I.D. Act 1947. He made this statement, and he would like to take out appropriate proceedings for demonstrating that the workmen were not paid benefit of section 17-B wages even when order dated 4/4/2008 was passed. Time as sought for is granted. Matter is adjourned to 2/3/2010.
