JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for an appropriate order to quash and set aside the order passed by the Ld.Additional Sessions Judge, Amreli in Criminal Revision Application No.44 of 2007 dated 29/05/2007, by which, learned Revisional Court has allowed the said Revision Application preferred by respondent No.2 herein and modified the order passed by learned Magistrate passed while handing over custody of muddamal, cattles to him.
2. It appears that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous as custody of 67 Sheeps and 50 Goats were handed over to respondent No.2 as far as back in the year 2007. Under the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
