… Petitioner …Respondent (By Sri.Vignesh Shetty, Advocate ) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to consider the representations dated 26.10.2018 and 14.05.2019 and thereby permit the petitioner to operate saving bank account bearing NO.143601011001844 and current account No.143600301000094 maintained with the respondent bank vide Annexures-A, B and C and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Bopanna P.G, learned counsel for Sri.Rajashekar.S, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Vignesh Shetty, learned counsel for the respondent.
After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a complaint against the respondent-Bank before the Banking Ombudsman.
Needless to state that in case the petitioner files such a complaint, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the respondent-Bank expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such complaint.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
