Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner prays for a direction to the learned court below i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Varanasi to decide the Application For Temporary Injunction (6-C) filed in Civil Suit No.73 of 2021 (Shravan Kumar Nagvani Vs. Smt. Kanta Nagvani), which is pending before him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is urgency with regard to application in which only the dates are being fixed by the trial court.
In view of the prayer made, it appears appropriate to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Varanasi to decide the Application For Temporary Injunction (6-C) filed in Civil Suit No.73 of 2021 (Shravan Kumar Nagvani Vs. Smt. Kanta Nagvani) as expeditiously as possible, preferably without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties within a period of six months.
