The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 10.07.2018 cancelling the registration of the petitioner Society under Section 76 of the U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965.
Learned counsel for the parties informed that this controversy has already been settled by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 23721 of 2018, Shram Samvida Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Vs. State of U.P. and others, vide order dated 16.07.2018.
In this view of the matter the impugned order dated 10.07.2018, passed by respondent no. 3 is quashed and this writ petition is allowed in term of the judgment dated 16.07.2018 passed by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No. 23721 of 2018, Shram Samvida Sahkari Samiti Ltd. Vs. State of U.P. and others.
