JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is filed for extension of parole granted to the convict prisoner by I.G.Prisons which is to expire today.
Looking to the facts that prisoner is in jail for the last more than nine years and considering his good jail conduct since 2009, this application is partly allowed. Parole leave granted to the convict prisoner by the IG Prisons is extended for a period upto 13th May, 2012 on the same terms and conditions. The prisoner shall surrender before the jail authority on 14th May, 2012 at 11.00 a.m. [M.D.SHAH,J.] radhan Top
