Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 1- Tehsildar Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh to decide the case no. 04504/2020 and computer case no. T202015060604504 (Shobhawati Vs. Anoop Kumar and others) under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, regarding Gata No. 325 area 0.400 hectare, Gata No. 204-M/area 0.120 hectare, Gata No. 28-M/area 0.027 hectare, Gata No. 99-M/area 0.016 hectare, Gata No. 102-M/ area 0.0110 hectare, Gata No.207-M area 0.049 hectare, Gata No.226-M/area 0.064 hectare, total 7 gata (1378 kari), situate in revenue village Gajandhar Patti, Pargana Atrauliya Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh, pending before the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh, expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period, in the interest of justice.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
