As per the averments contained in the petition for writ, some land acquisition proceedings took place much back in the year 1975.
The allegation of the petitioner is that no compensation has been paid to his grand-father whose name was existing in the revenue records as tenure holder. No details in the petition for writ are given with regard to land acquisition proceedings and the notification said to be issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and subsequent proceedings thereto.
In absence of such details, no relief as prayed for can be granted. The writ petition is dismissed being absolutely vague. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars in pleadings.
