1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for respondents.
2. This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing First Information Report dated 19.7.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 422 of 2018, under Section 498-A and 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bhelpur, District-Varanasi.
3. Learned counsel for parties informed that charge sheet has been submitted.
4. In view thereof, since petitioners have now remedy before Court concerned, hence no interference under Article 226 of Constitution of India is called for.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
