1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct the respondent No.3, herein to hear the appeal as well as the application for interim orders filed by the petitioner and further to stay the implementation, execution and operation of impugned order dated 5th August, 2011, passed by the respondent No.1.
2. Heard learned advocates appearing for both the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent No.3 for early hearing of the Appeal as well as the application for interim orders, the respondent No.3 will hear and decide the Appeal as well as the Application for interim order and pass reasoned order on or before 31st August, 2012 .
3. With the above directions, the present petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged. Direct service, today is permitted.
4. In view of the order passed in main petition, the civil Application does not survive, therefore, the same is disposed of accordingly.
