The present application is for condonation of delay of 301 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and the order of conviction passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.108 of 2009.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the ground stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned. Delay condoned. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
