Learned counsel for the opposite party is present. However, learned counsel for the applicant is not present.
A compliance affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the opposite party annexing the photograph in which it is clear that a 'samudrakoop' temporary structure was maintained to facilitate the pilgrims otherwise no nature of land was changed so as to cause any interference with the possession of the applicant.
It is further submitted that the temporary structure was only for a certain period of kumbh mela which is already over and there are no more temporary structures standing thereupon.
In view of the above, no cause of action survives to maintain the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is consigned to records.
Notices issued, if any, stand discharged.
