The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
“i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 17.08.2017 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) bearing Case Crime No.453 of 2017, under Section 147, 363, 366, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Malpura, District Agra, lodged by the Respondent No.4.”
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing no.48/2018 dated 12.02.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
