Learned standing counsel appearing for second respondent states that the claim of the petitioner, for grant of promotional pay scale and other benefits, shall be attended to and disposed of by the second respondent within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, along with the representation to be made by the petitioner.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claims of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
