Heard Ms. Pratima Singh holding brief of Sri Shyam Sunder Mishra, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Sheetal Prasad Chakravorty, learned counsel for the State.
This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 11.10.2019 passed by Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act, Fatehpur in Criminal Misc. Application No.141 of 2019 (Shiv Shankar Vs. Harinam Singh & others), under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Asothar, District Fatehpur, whereby the application dated 14.08.2018 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., moved by the revisionist, has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the revisionist contends that a bare perusal of the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. would demonstrate the commission of cognizable offence, thus the order impugned is bad in law.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the order impugned as well as averments contained in the present revision, I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the order impugned herein. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed.
