Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 5.4.2019 passed by the Additional District Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act) Court No. 1, Gorakhpur in Civil Revision No. 223 of 2016 filed as Annexure-9 to the petition.
After some arguments were advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he made a prayer that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
