Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents no.2 and 3 to restrain private respondents no.4 and 5 from interfering in the possession of petitioner over Plot nos.448Ga and 451Kha at Village Basoni, Tehsil Bah, District Agra.
As the dispute is between private persons in respect of private property, we decline to entertain the prayer in our writ jurisdiction.
The petition is therefore, dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to take recourse to other appropriate legal remedies, if so advised.
