Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for being given the family pension month by month w.e.f. 04.06.2002.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of her grievances, she has already submitted a representation dated 12.09.2017 to the District Basic Education Officer, Chandauli, a copy of which is annexure-4 to the writ petition and prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order upon the same. To the said prayer, even the learned Additional Chief Standing counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2017, a copy of which is anneuxre-4 to the writ petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
